As we commence our trek upon the imminent arrival of spring, we are in awe as most of the snow has melted away yet the waterfall is almost totally encapsulated in solid ice which provides us with the most magnificent of views.

Mont Saint-Hilaire, located on the south-shore of Montreal some 40 kilometers (24 miles) from the downtown core, has an elevation of 414 meters (1,358 feet) and is very popular with hikers due to it’s close proximity to downtown Montreal.
